Our client used RMP Connect as a global solution to build and manage their Early Talent Pipeline.
Our expert team trained recruiters remotely in eight key countries on how to use the system. Forms and emails were customised to each country's language, ensuring a localised approach.
120,000 pieces of data were collected through 1,300 forms used online or at events. 210,000 emails were sent, seeing open rates of 49% and click-through rates of 15%.
Our client in the public sector wanted to increase the number of applications they received for their apprenticeship schemes.
Before applications opened, they placed a 'register your interest' form on their careers website. An automated email was set up to be sent every time the form was completed.
Whilst the form was live, over 2,500 pieces of student data was captured with the auto-email seeing a 68% open rate and 24% click-through rate.
Another email was sent when applications were open, receiving an open rate of 60% and over 800 students clicking to apply!
